Key Responsibilities
NielsenIQ SA&I team is looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Support Associate to assist sales teams in their daily operations and help improve efficiency. This introductory role is dedicated to supporting sales teams in North America and collaborating with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success) to improve processes and tools that drive business opportunities forward.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assisting sales representatives with routine tasks and daily activities.
Preparing and updating client proposals (e.g., writing basic content, creating project timelines, and calculating costs using templates and tools).
Checking project feasibility and coordinating with internal teams to gather cost and timing information for market research projects.
Creating and customizing presentations for client meetings, including formatting slides and gathering relevant information.
Updating sales materials to ensure branding consistency and client readiness.
Helping maintain accurate CRM records for sales representatives.
Reviewing market data, identifying trends, and providing basic insights.
Assisting in creating support materials such as success stories and training documents with guidance from senior team members.
Skills and Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
1–2 years of work experience in an office or professional environment (internships are welcome).
Completely fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable working in a team environment and following instructions.
Basic numerical and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus but not required.
