Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Creating, maintaining and presenting internal reports to the department managers and within the framework of NielsenIQ organization (KPIs, employees list, teams’ structure, distribution letters etc.)
    • Cooperating with key external customers to support smooth completion of and administrative support for contractual documentation
    • Cooperating with Analytic Consultants on creating external reports for clients (working in MS Excel and PowerPoint environment)
    • Organizing internal trainings (with possibility of participation) – gathering data from managers concerning training needs, managing diaries for newly hired employees and taking care of event logistics.
    • Organizing department events (team meetings in and out of office – managing booking, sending invitations, contact with suppliers, settling invoices etc.)
    • Taking care of corporate guests (hotel, taxi, lunch etc.)
    • Communicating and liaising with external companies and vendors – office supplies, equipment etc.

Qualifications

 QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Working knowledge of PowerBI and MSDynamics will be of advantage
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to present data in a transparent way
    • Attention to details.
