3PL Team Lead

Ninja is seeking a motivated and experienced 3PL Team Lead to oversee our third-party logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics team, ensuring seamless coordination with third-party logistics providers, and driving operational excellence in our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the 3PL logistics team, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations and improve service levels.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, leveraging insights to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
• Conduct training and development for team members to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics operations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with broader business strategies.
• Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on third-party logistics.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a logistics or operations team.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
