We are looking for a Manager of Customer and Business Insights Analytics to immerse themselves in data—analyzing, interpreting, and transforming it into actionable insights that drive our rapidly growing eCommerce. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Marketing Analytics, this role will be heads down in the data, dissecting customer journeys, product engagement, and critical metrics such as LTV, churn, and acquisition. The ideal candidate will thrive on data exploration and visualization, possess a consulting background, and be hands-on with data manipulation, dashboard creation, and advanced analytics tools. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, deep expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce analytics, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic business decisions.
