Role: Business Development Director

We’re building a team of passionate Sales and Business Development professionals! Currently recruiting for Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Manager (BDM), and a Business Development Director (BDD).
As Business Development Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across the business. You will lead our the team, which will include new hires such as Business Development Manager (BDM) and a Sales Development Representative (SDR), and ensure they are motivated and equipped to deliver outstanding results.
You will also work closely with our marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate awareness, drive engagement, and feed high-quality leads into the pipeline. From outbound strategies to closing deals, you will ensure we are positioned as the go-to partner for transformative experience design and strategy.
This role requires a proven business development leader who thrives in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving ambitious growth goals.
