Kodru Mooney is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist. This position requires working on-site in their Jordan office.
What you will do:- Provide sales support for multiple outside/ traveling salespeople within the organization and effectively support capital and aftermarket project efforts.
- Review project and product specifications to generate timely and accurate quotations.
- Utilize tools to track all individual sales activities, quoting activity, orders won, and revenue generated.
- Assist the sales team by understanding what products are being sold to accurately compile product data/submittals for engineering and/or owner approval.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer and market requirements and provide sales support where appropriate.

Background/ Experience- Previous inside sales or sales support experience is required.
- Experience in water/wastewater or PVF (pipes, valves, fitting) industry.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines on project bids.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and capable of quoting multiple projects with multiple vendors and customers simultaneously.
- Must have constant determination to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work on-site at our Jordan, MN office location Monday-Friday.
