As we scale, we’re seeking a versatile and entrepreneurial Commercial Generalist to work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product. This role is perfect for someone with 3–5 years relevant experience, a desire to work in a high-growth startup and perhaps has ambitions of starting their own business one day.
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Generalist, you’ll support the founder and the team across key functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the company’s growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales and Partner Engagement: Assist in identifying, pitching to, and managing relationships with partners across different channels.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Growth team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and refine messaging for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Operations Oversight: Support operational tasks within our supply chain, identifying and delivering improvements that feed into the overall customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to build and refine processes within the business, supporting the transition from scrappy startup to fine-tuned scale up.
- Data Analysis: Work closely with our Commercial Manager to track and analyse KPIs across all business areas to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of key ad hoc projects, working directly with the founder to drive innovation and problem-solving.
What You’ll Have Done

- Exposure to High-Growth Environments: Worked in a startup, scale-up, or dynamic business environment, demonstrating adaptability and drive.
- Commercial Experience: Contributed to sales, marketing, or operational efforts, ideally in a consumer-facing industry.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked across multiple teams or disciplines, contributing to the success of various projects.
- Customer Interaction: Direct experience engaging with customers or partners, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Used data and metrics to make informed decisions or improve processes.
- Proactive Initiative: Taken on projects or responsibilities independently, delivering tangible results.

- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE with additional performance-based bonus.
