WHO YOU ARE 

Artemis Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Analytics Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role is central to showcasing the value of our products and services through engaging and effective product demonstrations, and acting as a bridge between prospective clients, sales, and internal technical teams. As the Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will use your industry expertise and technical skills to shape product narratives, convert client requirements into actionable solutions, and enhance our sales efforts. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Analytics teams to create tailored content andassist in product and sales training. 


What You'll Do:
  • Lead product demos that effectively communicate the value of our solutions, tailored to various client verticals and user personas. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both prospective clients and the sales team.  
  • Translate client requirements into proven solutions and document these for seamless handoff to the Customer Analytics team. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to design tailored sales narratives and demo paths.  
  • Mentor and train team members on delivering these narratives to maximize engagement with potential clients. 
  • Identify trends in RFPs and client engagements to provide actionable feedback to Product and Sales teams.  
  • Collaborate on creating solutions that address pain points and opportunities identified in the sales process. 
  • Assist in planning and delivering presentations at industry conferences.  
  • Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Analytics to develop compelling content for prospective clients. 
  • Train internal teams on new product features and capabilities.  
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, demo guides, and training materials for both internal and client-facing purposes. 


What You'll Have:
  • Proven track record of at least 5 - 8 years in the health benefits analytic field, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including expertise in areas such as health benefits, data analytics, population health management, and healthcare cost containment strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience in working with sales teams to develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and sales narratives that resonate with diverse client verticals. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Analytics teams to drive client success. Experience mentoring and training sales and technical teams. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and training guides for both internal teams and clients. 
  • Experience with analytic software, BI tools, or SaaS platforms 
  • Prior experience in conference presentation and content development
