The Senior Solutions Architect will work within our Go-To-Market team to drive new business and successfully launch customers across financial services verticals. As a consultative product expert, you'll help clients unlock business value while collaborating with pre-sales, post-sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer journey.


In this role, you'll engage with our U.S. customer base of large financial institutions, as well as key global customers in Singapore, the U.K., the UAE, and beyond. Your technical expertise in HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, server-side development, and Enterprise IT will be essential for demonstrating the value of Nova Credit's platform to customers and prospects; your contributions will be critical to the company's overall success!


This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture. We're open to fully remote candidates based on the U.S. East Coast.

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL
  • Establish a technical and strategic understanding of Nova Credit’s implementation operations
  • Learn the go-to-market motion of Nova Credit
  • Run your first client meetings


WITHIN THE FIRST QUARTER, YOU'LL
  • Partner with Account Executives to advance the technical dimensions of pre-sales strategic enterprise deal processes, establishing trust and credibility amongst all stakeholders
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to advance the technical dimensions of post-sales strategic implementation processes, establishing trust and credibility amongst all stakeholders
  • Shape the technical decisions our customers make when integrating our products to maximize the business value of their deployment
  • Launch or close  your first mid-market customer engagement


WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, YOU'LL
  • Close and launch critical enterprise customers both domestically and internationally
  • Scale the Solutions Architecture function by contributing to foundational processes and content
  • Shape the trajectory of Nova Credit by working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to prioritize road map features that unblock critical accounts


YOUR SKILLSET
  • 7+ Years experience in customer-facing pre or post-sales roles, ideally in financial services, credit, or related industry
  • Experience in Enterprise IT and using HTML, Javascript, RESTful APIs, and a Server Side language (e.g., Python, C#, PHP) is required 
  • Proven experience in Enterprise IT solutions and implementations
  • Above all, intellectual curiosity, drive, and coachability will be critical to ensure you help Nova Credit's partners unlock the platform's value


$163,800 - $200,000 a year
The above compensation range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and/or commission-based earnings. We consider all elements of compensation to be a part of the value we provide to Novans. This may include base salary, equity grants, incentive compensation for eligible roles, professional development, flexible PTO, and tenure rewards. In the U.S., our benefits package includes comprehensive and generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance options, along with a company-sponsored 401k plan, 16-week parental leave of absence, sick time off, and paid time off vacation.
