Business Analytics Coordinator

Position Summary:

nutpods is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Business Analytics Coordinator who loves to learn and is a team player, willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done while maintaining a keen attention to detail. The Business Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the compilation, analysis, and reporting of company financial data and syndicated sales data to support the executive team and sales team with decision-making, sales presentations, and communication with the Board of Directors. The job also includes data entry responsibilities, including the processing of vendor and customer invoices using AI-enabled software tools. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting.

Essential Functions:

• Assistance with the compilation and design of company reporting packages

• Providing support to the Accounting Team for various month-end close processes
• Collaboration with:
• Sales Team on reports for retail sales presentations
• Executive Team to produce effective data-driven communication to the Board of Directors
• Supply Chain team to help reconcile shipping and receiving issues
• Analysis of internal and competitor performance, category trends, etc.
• Utilization of AI-enabled software and EDI system to process vendor and customer invoices
• Timely email communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

With a small and mighty team of 35 people, nutpods is looking for eager, enthusiastic, and experienced candidates for this important role. 

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, accounting, finance, or related field

• Proactive self-starter who completes tasks both independently and in team environments
• Highly organized multi-tasker who can pivot quickly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other similar software a plus
• Ability to learn new computer software programs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to organize and manage time efficiently and effectively
• Willingness to learn and accept direction and guidance in a professional manner
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is needed within our nimble environment

• Base salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
