Your mission:
As an Investigation & Reporting Team Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of Investigations & Reporting analysts/specialists, responsible for conducting investigations and retrospective transaction monitoring to detect and prevent financial crimes, including money laundering and terrorist financing.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled specialists who conduct in-depth case investigations, dive into transaction details, customer data, perform comprehensive media checks and recommend on filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) providing direction, support, and guidance.
  • Ensure timely retrospective transaction and behavior monitoring in compliance with the KYC, AML, and CTF programs, processes, and instructions of the Company.
  • Ensure timely and accurate detection, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Desk references and other procedures writing/review and update.
  • Monitor internal systems in order to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Engage and cooperate with key stakeholders (Compliance, Product, Operations) to create, shape, and implement cutting-edge solutions and recommendations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our processes, procedures and policies.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, application processes and other outside the Company related communications upon direct manager request.
  • Undertake any other duties as determined by the direct manager or the higher management line/body of the Company
  • Being proactive in knowing legislation changes, regulatory recommendations and industry best practices on AML/CTF, KYC, Client onboarding, PEP and sanction screening.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of investigators.
  • Strong knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience in interpreting and applying regulatory guidance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficient English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal)
  • High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results

Monthly salary: €3,000 - €4,000 (before taxes). A specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.
