The Role: CRO Specialist
Oceans is seeking highly ambitious candidates in Sri Lanka to become CRO Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Lead conversion optimization projects from ideation to implementation
• Develop hypotheses for improving conversion rates and test those
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates
• Identify critical areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user journey
• Work with other teams to implement optimizations
• Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior data
• Implement heatmaps, session recording, and other tools to understand user behavior
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and digital analytics tools.
• Solid analytical abilities, capable of deciphering intricate data and offering practical recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Hotjar.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings to stakeholders.
