About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on social media management and digital marketing to drive engagement, increase followers, and convert online interest into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, platform strategy, and digital trends, coupled with a marketing mindset to support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation:

• Develop and implement a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Capture, edit, and post engaging photo and video content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and voice.
• Write compelling captions and use relevant hashtags to maximise reach and engagement.
• Monitor insights, trends, and analytics to refine content strategy and improve performance.
• Respond to messages and comments to maintain an active and responsive brand presence.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives such as product launches, collaborations, and seasonal sales.
• Support the development of marketing materials including digital banners, email newsletters, and promotional visuals.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and brand positioning.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Aesthetic sensibility aligned with the company’s brand style.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
