About the Role
This isn’t just a recruiting seat—it’s a leadership track.
We’re looking for someone who can fill roles fast, match candidates with care, and improve our recruiting systems along the way. You’ll start as a doer, but you won’t stay there. If you succeed, you’ll help build and lead our talent function.
You’ll work directly with our founders, own the candidate pipeline, and help shape how we scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for VA, admin, and ops roles across multiple clients
- Source actively—not just post and pray. Use job boards, Facebook groups, boolean searches, referrals, and creative outreach
- Conduct screening interviews focused on skill, character, and culture fit
- Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and client interviews
- Keep our ATS and tracking dashboards organized, clean, and up-to-date
- Improve job posts, scorecards, and internal processes to reduce time-to-fill
- Help define and track KPIs like time-to-fill, qualified leads per role, and 90-day success rate
- Bonus: Build partnerships with freelance recruiters, training centers, and talent networks
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency, internal, or freelance)
- Have experience placing Filipino talent into U.S.-based roles
- Know how to source hard-to-find talent through creative methods
- Are fast, organized, and allergic to bottlenecks
- Can execute and spot opportunities to improve systems
- Are comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
- Have strong judgment and an eye for long-term fit—not just fast placement
- Bonus: You’ve hired in trades-adjacent roles (CSR, dispatcher, estimator, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- $800 - $1,200/mo salary
- 13th month pay
- HMO coverage (including dependents)
- Paid holidays and leave
- Annual continuing education budget
