Influencer Marketing Assistant (Hybrid Role - New York)

About the Role: 

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator at OLAPLEX, you will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our influencer and content marketing initiatives. This role will support content creation for paid media, performance marketing, DTC, retail marketing efforts, and affiliate marketing programs. You will assist with implementing influencer campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with our overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Execution & Administrative Support:

• Support the paid influencer program via product orders, tracking, and campaign set up on Tribe Dynamics/Creator IQ 
• Support always on community management responding to DMs and comments from OLAPLEX influencer community members 

Content Coordination & Performance:

• Identify top UGC for reposting and paid initiatives
• Support tagging key skus and new launches ensuring an up to date content library of top content featuring core or new launches content that can be repurposed across various marketing touchpoints

Reporting & Analytics:

• Responsible for creating new campaign management tools to support organic and paid influencer initiatives on Tribe Dynamics and Creator IQ 
• Assist in campaign reporting and monthly product tagging, community retention and program competitive analysis
• Monitor social media, influencer & general digital trends across the changing landscape 
• An expert in OLAPLEX community supporting regular reports summarizing campaign performance and key takeaways to optimize earned and paid initiatives
• Maintain and update reporting dashboards and influencer tracking tools.

Relationship Management:

• Assist with community management, product restocking, and surprise and delight initiatives identifying new opportunities and supporting the team in fostering relationships with influencers 
• Support the influencer programs, including management of influencer master list, mailing lists, content tracking, and ensuring influencer databases are consistently updated 
• Coordinate with agencies and platforms as needed to support the influencer program
• Identify new talent, activations, and sampling opportunities 

About You:  

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital content creation, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills
• Creative thinker with an understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Familiarity with influencer management and analytics tools is a plus but not required
• Passion for beauty, hair care, and building meaningful partnerships with creators

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
