We’re looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to contribute to Omnisend's paid acquisition strategy. In this role, you'll lead in planning, executing, and optimizing multichannel advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Capterra, and more. You will shape and implement strategic frameworks to ensure campaigns achieve performance goals, lead the exploration of innovative approaches, and mentor junior team members. By leveraging your deep expertise in PPC and data analysis, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling Omnisend’s growth and driving measurable business impact.
What you'll do @Omnisend:- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PPC strategies to support Omnisend’s growth goals.
- Manage, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Oversee the allocation of advertising budgets to ensure optimal returns on investment.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategic pivots.
- Conduct in-depth competitive research and identify emerging advertising trends and tools to keep Omnisend ahead in the market.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy by identifying growth opportunities across channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Comms & Creative, Web Growth, Product Marketing) to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment in campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Affiliate and Influencer team, Agency Partnerships team, Brand Manager, and Employer Branding Manager, to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign strategies.
- Define testing roadmaps, oversee A/B tests, and drive continuous improvement in performance.
- Own and oversee the implementation and troubleshooting of tracking and analytics, including pixels and conversion tracking.
- Establish best practices and frameworks for digital advertising excellence within the team.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and skill development.
What we expect from you:- 3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling successful paid acquisition campaigns, ideally within SaaS and/or e-commerce.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization tools like Superset.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong project management abilities and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving cross-channel strategies and testing new acquisition opportunities.
- Solid understanding of media buying, research, and campaign planning at scale.
