The AMER Regional Manager is responsible for driving our DTC (Direct to Consumer) Retail Store growth in AMER . To start this growth journey, the role is leading multiple owned & operated Retail Stores across AMER in guiding operations and performance. Your team:

In this role you will lead the regional Retail Area leads and Retail Operations team and collaborate with other cross–functional Retail stakeholders from Visual Merchandising, Merchandising , Logistics, and Technology to address operational challenges and implement process improvements. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee growth. In addition, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities, develop community relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Your mission:

• Work with the Learning & Development and Customer Service teams to ingrain hospitality approach, professional product knowledge and passion for the brand in each and every in-store interaction with new and loyal customers 
• Oversee regional store operations in North America,  including responsibility for overall store performance,  team attraction, development and retention as well as customer satisfaction 
• Closely work with Area leads and store leadership of every store to ensure highest level of operational excellence in day-to-day business  
• Bring the operational lens into cross-functional project work with key stakeholders from central and regional teams, in particular for Merchandise, Tech, Talent and Finance related topics
• Key contributor to the development and execution of the company's retail expansion strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of expansion plans.
• Pursue highest level of "customer experience" in store and fulfillment of overall DTC Retail mission & concept while ensuring knowledge and best practice sharing across store teams 
• Develop and own responsibility for the business & people strategies for your region, looking 3-5 years out.
• Manage the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability by analyzing financial reports and identifying trends

Your story:

• 7+ years experience in a similar leadership role, with at least 4  year experience in multi-retail store management 
• You have experience managing the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Flexibility to travel within the region as needed
