Senior Organizational Development Specialist

A leading company in the agriculture industry is in search of a talented Senior Organizational Development Specialist to enhance their strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. This role will involve designing and implementing OD initiatives that facilitate employee engagement, leadership development, and overall organizational growth.

As the Senior Organizational Development Specialist, you will work closely with leadership to analyze business needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current organizational structures and cultures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to understand performance gaps and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that promote leadership and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align OD initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Manage change initiatives to foster a smooth transition during organizational changes.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of OD strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about best practices in organizational development and emerging trends in the field.
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or talent management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Certifications in organizational development or related methodologies are a plus.
