Enterprise Agile Program Manager

Summary: As an Enterprise Agile Program Manager, your focus will be coordinating and overseeing multiple Agile teams within a program, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy by facilitating cross-team collaboration, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and driving communication to deliver value on a larger scale, while upholding Agile principles and practices; essentially acting as a conductor to harmonize various teams and projects towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

  • Builds, leads, and manages a high-performing enterprise agile team. 
  • Drives team to effectively guide and monitor work flow across multiple agile teams and drives the efficient execution and delivery of complex projects. 
  • Builds inter-team collaboration and culture with an emphasis on continuous improvement and learning. 
  • Leads enterprise agile strategy for Onbe; and provides clear expectations for enterprise agile practice that aligns with Onbe’s strategic objectives. 
  • Provides transparency to senior leadership and business partners through metrics, including; project achievements, deliverables, dependencies, team efficiency, and risks. Continually over-communicates tech project statuses to business partners. 
  • Monitor and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate team performance and the successful delivery of working software. Leverage these insights to find opportunities for improvement.  
  • Provides one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, mentoring, continual feedback, and career development opportunities; primarily starting with vendor resources 
  • Collaborate effectively with collaborators across Onbe to ensure alignment and drive progress toward key business outcomes.  
  • Present Agile metrics and data to Onbe collaborators, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.  
  • Drive PDLC improvements 
  • Ability to facilitate and drive PI Planning activities including triage calls. 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of management experience of varying seniority, including growing teams and people development. 
  • 5+ years of agile or technical product/program management experience. 
  • Extensive experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools. 
  • Extensive experience in finding and growing talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development conversations. 
  • Experience driving technical programs through PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) from ideation to delivery at scale. 
  • Experience working independently and leading programs involving collaborators from various teams and time zones. 
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills and thought leadership.

  • Prior payments experience preferred. 
  • Experience with Jira Rich filters and Dashboards is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $107,190 to $136,500 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This position is targeted to be based in one of our Hub locations (Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
