What you will achieve

As Onebrief’s Product Design leader you will be influential in shaping and developing our end-to-end military planning tool which is currently live worldwide. You will be leading our lean, experienced team of Product Designers in understanding our customers pain points and translating that into simple and effective design solutions.

Your work will span across UX, UI, and user research and will cover all facets of the product, from defining ground-up new features to shaping our design system. You will shape the future of Onebrief’s offerings in collaboration with product and engineering partners, and leaders across the organization.

Aside from the product, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping our design culture, refining our design processes, and ensuring that our products exceed user expectations.

You’ll report directly to Rafa, our Head of Product and co-founder.

  • You have a positive track record of partnering with key stakeholders and leaders in designing and building business-critical products.

  • You have successfully helped launch products from 0 to 1.

  • You can discover what users truly need even when they don't understand it themselves.

  • You take ownership and always finds a way to move important design initiatives forward.

  • You ensure the highest quality of design work by setting clear standards, encouraging innovation, and maintaining a user-centered approach.
