Freelance Content Writer

We are looking for a talented Freelance Content Writer with a strong background in martech, CRM, or agency-related topics to join our team. This role is ideal for a writer who can produce high-quality, in-depth blog posts and case studies while maintaining an authoritative, market analyst tone.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling, research-driven blog posts on marketing trends, CRM providers, SMB marketing strategies, product insights, and case studies.
• Write with an authoritative voice, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
• Collaborate with our SEO freelancer to align on keywords and content strategies when needed.
• Conduct independent research using internal resources and publicly available data (no technical interviews with subject matter experts required).
• Produce several pieces of content per week, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Use Jira for task tracking (familiarity is helpful but not required).
• Focus solely on writing—our in-house designer handles graphic and multimedia content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content writing, blogging, or journalism, particularly in martech, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Strong ability to analyze industry trends and translate them into insightful, well-structured content.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search.
• Ability to write in a clear, engaging, and authoritative style.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.

Nice to Have

• Experience writing for SaaS, B2B, or marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
• Interest in marketing technology, automation, and CRM ecosystems.

This is an hourly, ongoing freelance role with no designated end date.

Rate: USD 5.5 per hour
