Chief of Staff

We’re on a mission to put OneTrack into every warehouse on the planet, and we’re looking for a driven, strategic professional to help make it happen. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will operate at the heart of our organization—partnering with our CEO to execute ambitious goals, streamline operations, and manage projects across teams and departments.

You will be the right-hand to the CEO. Your objective is to free up the CEO's time so he can focus on people, customers, and product. You will champion strategic projects, facilitate critical decision-making, and support a company-wide culture that values collaboration, perseverance, and a passion for excellence. We seek laser focus, attention to detail, exceptional organization talents, hard work, grit, perseverance, and never taking no for an answer.

Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate the company’s goals into strategies and operational plans. Support long-term strategic planning and goal setting, ensuring alignment between daily operations and organizational objectives.

Operational Effectiveness: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance productivity and optimize processes. Especially across departments and teams. Implement solutions and systems that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.

Project Management: Lead and manage critical initiatives from inception to completion. Define project objectives, establish timelines, coordinate across teams, and ensure successful execution to meet company goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Support the CEO by analyzing data, assessing trends, and providing actionable insights. Collaborate with finance and other third-party providers to oversee financial data analysis and reporting.

Meeting Management: Own and lead staff meetings, ensuring agendas are well-prepared, meetings are effective, and follow-up actions are tracked to drive results.

Leadership Support: Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, facilitate critical discussions, and act as a point of accountability. Ensure team members have the necessary resources, tools, and information to succeed.

• 5+ years at a top-tier consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing tech startup/company

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Data-driven, analytical. Experience creating reports in Tableau, PowerBi, or similar
• Think of yourself as 8 out of 10 or higher in Powerpoint and Excel skills.
• Accounting, and basic financial modeling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Management, or a related field.
