Marketing Intern

Ready to roll up your sleeves and help build marketing that actually moves people—and the bottom line? We’re looking for an intern who’s more than just a student of the game—they want in on the action. As a Marketing Intern at OnLogic, you won’t be sidelined to busywork. You’ll be part of the team scaling our global content engine and shaping stories that convert clicks into customers. If you’re naturally curious, love language, have an eye for detail, and aren’t afraid of a blank page, keep reading.

This is a chance to actually contribute, get feedback from a creative-but-analytical team, and see the impact of your work in the real world. You’ll walk away knowing how a high-growth B2B marketing team operates—and how you made it stronger.

This internship will take place in the summer for 20 to 40 hours per week, onsite either at our South Burlington, Vermont or Cary, North Carolina office.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Editing and enhancing content so it doesn’t just inform—it inspires. Typos fear you.
  • Publishing like a pro using our CMS and digital tools to push work live that you can actually point to and say, “I helped make that.”
  • Sourcing the perfect visuals (or memes—we’re open) to bring content to life across blog posts, web pages, and paid ads.
  • Optimizing everything for web, ads, and social—because you know that different platforms call for different vibes.
  • Spotting inefficiencies in the content process and finding ways to make things faster, better, and more scalable.

  • Digital native: Our ideal candidate is comfortable using a wide range of digital tools and platforms and is eager to learn new ones. They are adept at creating and editing digital content, and they understand how to tailor content for different channels to maximize engagement.
  • Detail-oriented: They take pride in producing high-quality work that is free of errors and inconsistencies. They understand that even small mistakes can have a big impact on the company's reputation.
  • Excellent communicator: They are able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. They are also good listeners and are able to take direction well.
  • Self-starter: They are proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They are also resourceful and able to find solutions to problems on their own.
  • Team player: They are able to collaborate effectively with others and are always willing to lend a helping hand. They understand that working together is essential to achieving success.
  • Passionate about marketing: They are excited about the field of marketing and are eager to learn more about the latest trends and strategies. They are also interested in OnLogic's products and services and are able to articulate the company's value proposition.
  • Organized and efficient: They are able to manage their time effectively and prioritize their workload to meet deadlines. They are also detail-oriented and able to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Creative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing new ideas
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and online writing/editing tools
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines independently

The team you will be joining: 

  • This multi-talented inbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

The pay for this internship is $18/hour, with a minimum of 20 hours per week commitment.
