As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative strategies to help OUA expand across new and existing digital channels. You will leverage performance marketing automation tools and reporting systems, focusing on detailed optimisation, integrating these campaigns into the broader strategy, and managing paid media budgets effectively.
Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day
- Contribute to the development of the digital acquisition strategy in support of the broader marketing and business plan
- Collaborate with the wider Customer Group and product teams to deliver a seamless learner journey and ensure there is considered integration between Awareness & Activation
- Contribute to the development of and manage digital marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery and post-campaign review
- Manage operational relationships with agencies, vendors and publishers to maximise lead generation.
- Assist in optimising technical aspects of OUA’s digital marketing efforts, including managing and troubleshooting tagging and measurement systems for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identify new initiatives and testing opportunities driving innovation and growth, effectively communicating business value and impact and forecasted results through written documentation and in cross team forums
- Ensure effective budget management, to support achievement of business objective and targets
- Ensure analysis and recommendations are fit for purpose, actionable and understood leading to cohesion between business insights and operational plans
- Contribute to budgeting and forecast calculations
- May contribute to implementation of SEO/SEM initiatives, or work with SEO/SEM Specialists to drive online traffic to the marketplace and other digital assets.
If you’re ready to make an impact, here’s what we’re looking for
- A track record in performance marketing, with expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies with budgets in excess of $5m annually
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and biddable automation and performance platforms.
- Proven track record of growing customer acquisition and increasing ROI on digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills, and ability to generate insights from campaign data.
- Strong understanding of bidding technologies with hands on experience and proven track record in driving campaign efficiencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complexity
- Up-to-date understanding of the latest marketing trends, platform and channel capabilities
- Experience in tag management systems and digital analytics tools, specifically Tealium & GA4 preferred, but not required
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO preferred, but not required
