The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires advanced project management expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive project success.
The candidate should be highly organized, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, OUM, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project success criteria and evaluate performance against metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
• Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to maintain team productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and deliverables effectively through reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Track expenditures and provide regular budget reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work and align all projects elements with PMO identified governance.
* Able to create reports and dashboards.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet required standards.
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
*6 - 10 years as a PM managing complex, large-scale projects
* PMP and ACP Certificate.
*RMP is plus.
