Role Overview
In your role as a PPC Specialist supporting the Video Production team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to promote video content on Amazon and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC advertising, with a particular focus on video marketing strategies, to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement PPC strategies specifically tailored to promote video content. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for video promotion.
- Campaign Management: Set up and manage PPC campaigns across Amazon and TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and optimize video ad campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as view-through rate (VTR), cost per view (CPV), engagement rate, and conversion rate. Conduct A/B testing on video ad creatives, thumbnails, and targeting strategies.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on video campaign performance metrics using relevant analysis and other reporting tools. Provide regular updates and detailed reports on video campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Use data to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the video production team to ensure PPC campaigns are aligned with video marketing strategy and objectives. Collaborate with other members of the Video Production team in the creation of compelling video ad content, thumbnails, and landing pages.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of budget to maximize return on investment. Adjust budgets and bids to gain better ROI and balance spend for video campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to video advertising. Continuously improve knowledge and skills in PPC and video marketing through training, certifications, and industry events
- Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, with a focus on video content promotion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with video marketing and understanding of video production processes is preferred
- Amenable to working under Australian (Melbourne) business hours of 9am to 5pm

Monthly base offer of US$800-$1000, based on level of experience.
