We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ideally with 360 recruitment experience and a track record of filling hard-to-fill roles, especially when it comes to recruiting recruiters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruiting top-tier recruitment consultants to join our high-performing teams
- Building strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders
- Headhunting exceptional talent across multiple industries
- Shaping and strengthening our employer brand
- Organising and leading engaging assessment days
- Managing recruitment for all our global locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven recruitment experience (360 recruitment preferred)
- Experience recruiting recruiters or internal hiring for recruitment roles
- Strategic mindset with a passion for talent attraction
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach
