Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist, primarily remote with occasional travel to Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and administers internal employee relations initiatives and communications campaigns
• Leads "tentpole" engagements such as all-employee meetings and leader roundtables
• Maintains internal news site with the latest news and content that reinforces vision/strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related area
