Onboarding Success @ OMG

As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will train all new and existing users of our online solution and are among the first experiences clients have with our company. You have a strong understanding of our solution and industry to guide our clients' early success using our platform to grow their business.

If you are DFW-based, this role will require in-office attendance three (3) days per week.

Day in the Life

• Train New Clients: Deliver value to OMG clients by creating tailored, helpful, and relevant online training in store building, store closing & reporting. 
• Client Meetings: Meet with a minimum of 2-3 new clients a week. You are responsible for the first natural 90 days (1st quarter) of the client being on the platform. Lead strategic client meetings to discuss growth with OMG while working toward monthly KPIs
• Handoff: Provide comprehensive and strategic handoff of new customers to the Client Success team
• Collaboration: Collaborate internally with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Client Success, and other OMG teams, contributing to projects in support of the organization’s growth

Must Haves

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with other teams. 
• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in presenting one-to-one & one-to-many.
• Implementations: Strong knowledge of implementations in different software.
• Technical Acumen: Maintain and build on knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting, including working knowledge of G-Suite applications, Dialpad, and Salesforce.com. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues with clients.
• Track record of demonstrating the OMG Magic Behavioral Anchors, specifically working cross-functionally to find solutions with an Embracing It. Owning It. All In. mentality.
