Growth Marketing Specialist

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, Pmax, Youtube), Bing, Amazon, and Retail Media Networks 
• Build and execute Google/Bing and Amazon campaigns including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategies, and performance analysis
• Drive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS), while continuously optimizing campaigns
• Assist in budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goals
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Growth to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps
• Partner with strategic cross-functional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product launches
• Ability to learn quickly and be agile with shifting priorities and strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
• Proficiency in Google, Bing, and Amazon ads platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Organized with exceptional time management skills

Compensation Range

Base salary range: $30-38 per hour (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).
