They are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to spearhead our B2B marketing initiatives. This is a pivotal role for an innovative leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing strategies.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our B2B clients, driving brand awareness and enhancing customer retention across our service offerings. You will lead a talented team and work closely with sales and other departments to align our marketing efforts with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse marketing team, ensuring effective execution of marketing programs.
  • Creating and overseeing marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Partnering with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals, creating integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize outreach and conversion rates.
  • Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
  • Building relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and reach.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a director-level role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
