Client Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role combines lead generation and appointment setting, focusing on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, prospecting techniques, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, industry events, etc.).
  • Use tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria, ensuring they align with business needs.

🔹 Client Outreach & Engagement:

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
  • Personalize messaging to establish rapport and generate interest in company offerings.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with prospect interactions and follow-ups.

🔹 Appointment Setting & Coordination:

  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Ensure prospects receive relevant materials and information before meetings.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions.

🔹 Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach success, response rates, and conversions.
  • Continuously refine outreach scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and outreach platforms.
  • Familiarity with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and build long-term relationships.

Preferred:
✔ Experience in B2B sales or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Background in industries such as tech, SaaS, digital marketing, or professional services.
