Product Listing Manager's Assistant For Ecommerce Company

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a talented and motivated ecommerce Product Listing Manager's Assistant to support a Sales Manager in driving revenue on Amazon and other ecommerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge Amazon Sellers Central and others marketplaces dashboards. In this role, you will assist the Sales Manager with various tasks to ensure smooth operation of the sales process and help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Assist with the management through each product listing lifecycle stage (introduction, growth, maturity, decline), optimizing pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies accordingly
• Assist the development and implementation of strategies that will maximize product profitability and lifecycle efficiency
• Help to conduct product listing analysis, by overserving and following product listings for accuracy or suppressions develop differentiation strategies.
• Help to ensure the alignment of product strategies with customer preferences and needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in product and category management or related roles within the ecommerce industry 
• Knowledge in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong multitasking skills to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within product categories
• Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform product strategies..
