Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the team and driving revenue growth across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to exceed performance targets and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Identify new market opportunities and spearhead initiatives to drive business growth.
• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional strategies.
• Implement training programs to continually develop the sales team's skills and product knowledge.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales planning and strategy development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
