Fulfillment and Inventory Associate (Part-Time, On-Site in Charleston SC)

We are entering an exciting new stage of growth and looking to expand our team. 

Over The Moon is looking for an experienced Fulfillment and Inventory Associate who shares our passion for logistics and organization. This is a part-time position located at our office in downtown Charleston, SC.

• Wholesale Order Fulfillment
• Monitor all incoming wholesale orders via Shopify.
• Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders within 24 hours.
• Ensure that all special requests pertaining to wholesale orders, most importantly gift notes and gift wrapping are attended to with care. 
• Wholesale Inventory Receival 
• Coordinate the delivery of large wholesale purchase orders arriving at the office, ensuring the shipments are safely delivered and all relevant teams are notified of arrival.
• Conduct quality control review for all incoming inventory, alerting the team of damages or missing inventory.
• Carefully organize and store new inventory.
• Cross check new inventory against Shopify and immediately ship pending orders. 
• Wholesale Inventory Management
• Complete regular inventory checks and update Shopify with an accurate count of all wholesale stock while notifying the Ops team of any discrepancies.
• Wholesale Returns 
• Regularly unpack and review returns so that clients can be refunded in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with international brands when shipping bulk returns housed at the office. 

• Dropship Order Management 
• Assist the operations team with oversight over any late brand-to-customer order shipments (dropship).
• Proactively alert the ops and customer care teams to ensure resolution.
