We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Airbnb Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb rental business. This is a full-time role requiring 50 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends as needed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, independent worker with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest communication, including inquiries, bookings, and post-stay follow-ups.
• Manage reservations, calendar updates, and pricing adjustments to optimize occupancy rates.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to the Airbnb business as needed.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Fluency in Spanish is required, as you will be communicating with Spanish-speaking cleaners and vendors.
• Prior experience working with Airbnb or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools for remote work.
• Preference for candidates based in Latin America due to the need for Spanish-language communication and alignment with local time zones.
