The client is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Delivery and Content Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of digital assets, ensuring metadata integrity, and supporting internal teams with reporting and administrative tasks. Sitting at the intersection of digital operations, metadata management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Deliveries: Manage the distribution of music and related assets across DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) via our distributor.

• Metadata Management: Ensure all releases meet metadata standards, maintaining consistency and compliance across platforms.

• Royalty & Publishing Support: Assist the royalty team with statement uploads and support the publishing team with rights registrations.

• Content Oversight: Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring accessibility and proper categorization.

• Reporting & Analysis: Compile and distribute streaming data reports to key stakeholders.

• Experience in metadata management or content operations.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and data administration.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
