Email Marketing VA for Email Marketing Agency (US Based/Remote)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn email marketing template building to join our team. Below are the key requirements and responsibilities for the role:

Responsibilities:

1. Slice and export email marketing designs from Figma.

2. Create image-based email templates in Klaviyo, ensuring proper links and accurate alt-text are added

3. Building Email Flow Automations

4. Assemble and prepare email campaigns in Klaviyo, adding subject lines, preview text, and appropriate segmentation/sending settings based on internal task guidelines.

5. Setting up any outlined split-tests within Klaviyo

6. Complete a QA proofing checklist to ensure error-free campaigns.

7. Be directly accountable for any errors, including undetected mistakes during QA.

8. Send campaign previews and updates to concerned parties in the case of

hurdles or blockers, and for final review

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, organized, and able to work under minimum supervision
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experienced in software such as Figma, ClickUp,and Klaviyo is a plus but not required
• Available for work 9 AM to 6 PM EST
• Open to additional compensation for Weekend “On-Call'/Project based fee
