Lead Designer for Marketing Agency - Salary Up to USD 5,000 (US-Based, Remote)

We are currently looking for a Lead Graphic Designer with 5-10 years of experience to play a pivotal role in onboarding new brands and uplifting existing clients. This role goes beyond execution—you will shape and refine brand aesthetics, creating lookbooks, artboards, and emails that break free from rigid design rules to truly make brands stand out.

While not a core function, you should also be comfortable mentoring junior designers and presenting concepts to clients. You’ll need to balance creative freedom with strategic thinking, ensuring that each design is not only visually compelling but also effective in a marketing context.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, brand-elevating visuals for emails, lookbooks, and marketing assets.
• Approach brands with minimal existing branding and create impactful, cohesive designs.
• Work across a variety of DTC industries, including supplements, snacks, fashion, and health devices.
• Participate in client calls, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Maintain a balance of creativity and strategic execution in fast-paced projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams through ClickUp and Slack for project management and communication.
• Optionally, assist in mentoring junior designers to maintain high creative standards.

• 5-10 years of professional design experience in an agency, brand, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Expert in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of creative direction.
• Competitive, independent, and self-driven mindset—able to work hard while keeping things professional and light.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (within reason).
• Native English speaker.

Bonus Skills to Note in Application (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience/proficiency in advertising and/or copywriting (this is a HUGE plus—we prioritize applicants with this skill).
