Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative & Monetization Strategist to develop and implement customized revenue-generating strategies for our OnlyFans creators. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative thinking, sales psychology understanding, and digital marketing expertise to craft distinctive monetization approaches tailored to each creator's unique brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design personalized monetization strategies including subscription tiers, bundles, and special offers for creators
• Develop engaging scripts and conversation frameworks to help creators maximize revenue from chat interactions
• Create and implement innovative content calendars and promotional campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize revenue streams
• Work directly with creators to understand their unique brand identity and audience preferences
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
• Train new creators on effective monetization techniques specific to their content niche
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our agency's overall strategic approach

• Qualifications
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in digital content strategy
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and consumer behavior
• Experience with subscription-based content platforms (OnlyFans experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with native or fluent English proficiency
• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and make strategic adjustments
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Background in marketing, sales, psychology, or related fields
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
• Understanding of multiple content niches and audience demographics
• Previous experience working with creators or influencers
• Knowledge of multiple social platforms, especially Instagram
