Your mission will be to drive DoorLoop's expansion in the SMB segment through high-velocity sales cycles and targeted demonstrations that showcase the platform's value to small property management operations. This role combines the thrill of rapid-fire sales with the satisfaction of helping small business owners transform their property management practices through technology.


Reporting to the SMB Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving rapid growth within the small business segment while maintaining DoorLoop's reputation for excellence in the property management software space.

What You'll Do: Drive, Convert, Scale ๐ŸŽฏ
  • Lead SMB Success: You will proactively source and engage small business prospects through strategic cold calling, targeted emails, and thoughtful social outreach, building a robust pipeline of property management opportunities with 10-50 doors under management.
  • Execute Quick Wins: You will thrive in DoorLoop's high-velocity sales environment, closing deals within a focused 1-3 day cycle while maintaining the perfect balance of speed and value delivery.
  • Deliver Engaging Demos: You will conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase DoorLoop's all-in-one platform, connecting the company's solutions directly to the unique needs of property management companies with 10-50 doors.
  • Champion the Sales Cycle: You will confidently guide prospects from initial outreach through close, taking full ownership of securing new logos and expanding DoorLoop's SMB presence.
  • Master Pipeline Strategy: You will leverage Salesforce to maintain a healthy pipeline, tracking vital metrics and executing strategic follow-up that consistently converts opportunities into partnerships.
  • Partner with Leadership: You will collaborate closely with the SMB Sales Manager to enhance outreach strategies, refine demo approaches, and continuously optimize your performance.

The Hiring Process: Your Journey to Unlocking PropTech Success ๐Ÿ”‘
  • Stage 1 (Initial Connect): Begin our mutual exploration with a focused 30-minute conversation with a member of DoorLoop's Talent Acquisition team. We'll explore outbound prospecting experience, high-volume sales success, and motivational alignment with the SMB role.
  • Stage 2 (Sales Leadership Deep Dive): Connect with one of DoorLoop's senior sales leaders, Jovani Pastrana or Bruno Wesley, for a strategic 30-minute conversation. This discussion will assess pipeline management capabilities, high-velocity deal closure experience, and CRM utilization strategies.
  • Stage 3 (Strategic Planning): Present a 60-minute outbound prospecting plan to a panel including Jovani, Bruno, and the Sales Enablement Manager. Demonstrate your approach to lead generation, qualification, and building a sustainable high-volume pipeline.
  • Stage 4 (Sales Excellence Demo): Showcase your demo expertise through a 60-minute role-play session with a diverse panel of various DoorLoop Sales Team members. This interactive experience lets you demonstrate your SMB engagement approach and objection-handling capabilities with realistic scenarios.
  • Stage 5 (Leadership Vision): Engage in an insightful 30-minute in-person meeting with Dani Romain, DoorLoop's Chief Sales Officer, for a final conversation exploring your alignment with company values and long-term growth potential in the fast-paced SMB sales environment.
  • Stage 6 (References & Offer): If we both see strong alignment through the process, we'll conduct thorough reference checks to validate your track record of excellence. Selected candidates will receive a verbal offer, followed by formal written documentation.
  • Stage 7 (Welcome Aboard): After accepting the offer, we'll initiate the background check and I-9 verification process, setting the stage for your successful integration into the DoorLoop family.
