OTA- Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Graduated from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year of Home Health, Outpatient experience preferred as a Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) New York License Required
• Conduct home visit and providing direct patient care 
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
• Interest in working with both Pediatric and Geriatric patients.
• Excellent communication between the office staff and therapists
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Manage a minimum caseload of 4-5 patients.

• Competitive Rate: $50 - $55 per hour
