Parnall Law Firm seeks talented law students to join our Summer Law Clerk Program!
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Parnall Law Firm Clerkship Program is to provide law clerks with a comprehensive experience in personal injury law. Our program is designed to expose clerks to the practical and impactful work we do, fostering their growth and helping them discover and develop their interests in the field.
In turn, we aim to gain meaningful insights into each clerk’s unique talents, work ethic, and potential. We want to identify candidates who align with our firm’s values and standards for possible attorney employment post-graduation.
RESULTS / OUTCOMES (What you must get done.)
· Attend firm huddles Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m.
· Attend weekly meetings with Mentor Attorney.
· Attend weekly training sessions hosted by Training Director.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Law clerks at Parnall Law Firm are expected to:
· Learn, participate, and reflect on the activities described in the Clerk Experience Chart, attached as Exhibit A.[1]
· Engage with the work the firm gives. Develop a strong understanding of personal injury law and assess whether it fits with your career interests.
· Showcase your abilities and skills.
· Build meaningful connections with attorneys, staff, and fellow clerks.
· Demonstrate qualities that align with the firm’s values and culture to show your potential as a future candidate.
· Show up on time, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
