Manage the day-to-day operations of the “Dəyərlisən” employee loyalty program, including working with external IT vendors and reporting.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors related to the “Dəyərlisən” platform, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Collaborate with external IT vendors and Group HR Technology teams to implement enhancements to the “Dəyərlisən” mobile application.
Oversee the updates and implementation of the Group C-level benefits framework across the organization.
Advise Strategic Assets’ HR teams on best practices regarding benefits administration.
Contribute to compensation and benefits-related projects, including salary surveys, employee benefits programs, and system upgrades.
Support initiatives for employee engagement related to benefits, including surveys, feedback collection, and recommendations for program improvements.
Collaborate with HR teams at PASHA Group’s portfolio companies.
Work closely with the Group HR team and the Legal Advisor on contracts and related documentation.
Serve as a business partner for “Dəyərlisən” and manage relationships with key vendors (including IT vendors) and consultants.
Minimum graduate level education.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration, business development, or customer engagement initiatives, with a preference for experience in large or complex organizations.
Proactive with a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in decision-making.
Solid market research skills and a sound understanding of marketing principles.
Proven problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of mobile industry trends and full telecom technologies.
