Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
• Inform customers about promotions, new products, and services
• Document interactions accurately and maintain organized records
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service delivery

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred; knowledge of premium home appliances is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and customer support software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be eligible to work in Greece
• Valid EU passport or ID required
