Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home technology
• Assist customers with their inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
• Guide customers through product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting steps
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality and training purposes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and product launches to provide informed support

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology
• A customer-oriented mindset and ability to empathize with clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
