Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for home security and alarm systems inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to security systems
• Guide customers through product features and usage
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve escalated issues
• Stay informed about the latest home security trends and technologies

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with home security systems is advantageous
• Motivated and eager to learn about the latest developments in home security technology
