Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer support in Dutch for luxury retail inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order placements, and returns
• Provide personalized service to enhance the customer experience
• Resolve any customer issues with professionalism and dedication
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
