Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Dutch for online marketplace inquiries
• Assist customers with account issues, transactions, and product information
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and empathetically
• Educate users about platform features and best practices
• Document customer interactions in the support system accurately
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay informed about marketplace trends and service updates

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus
