Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch for real estate inquiries
• Assist clients with questions related to property management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Provide information on services, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Collaborate with real estate professionals to enhance client satisfaction
• Stay informed about market trends and company services

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple inquiries
• Knowledge of real estate services is a plus
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
